Winemaker's Notes

Our 2004 Russian River Valley Zin consists of approximately 65% Estate fruit and the balance grown by neighbors on Olivet and Piner Road. This blend of Zinfandel showcases classic Russian River Valley Zin with exotic coconut-spice red fruit nose, medium mouth feel and a medley of red cherries and tart raspberries intertwined with just the right amount of wood on the finish.

Proprietor's Notes

This wine is a local Russian River Valley wine. It grew, fermented and aged for 20 months in mostly neutral barrels all within a few miles of the Estate. On the approach, one will finds spicy dark cherry aromatics with on the finish. This wine will taste its best from late 2007 and will continue for the next two decades.
