VaultOur vault is comprised of wines we deemed cellar worthy and thus held back small quantities making them available to our clients who are interested in aged Harvest Moon Wine. For clients who can't hold onto our wines or don't have cellar space, the vault has got you covered. Based on initial flavor profiles and acid/ph levels, we're finding our wines are still very lively and juicy with five years in the cellar. We hope you'll explore our vault!
